Nicholas has gained diverse experience in real estate, having interned at a global real estate brokerage firm, a regional real estate private equity boutique, and most recently on CBRE’s Capital Markets team. This summer, he will join Wells Fargo as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure team.

Cornell

Outside of AKPsi, Nicholas has served as the president of an SDG entrepreneurship club, Enactus, as well as E-Board of Cornell Mainland Chinese Student Association.

In his free time, Nicholas enjoys tennis, pickleball, cooking, travelling, and running.
