Nicholas has gained diverse experience in real estate finance, having interned at a global real estate brokerage firm, a regional real estate private equity boutique, and on CBRE’s Capital Markets team. This past summer, he interned at Wells Fargo as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst on the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure team, where he will return full-time.

Cornell

Outside of AKPsi, Nicholas has served as the president of an SDG entrepreneurship club, Enactus, as well as E-Board of Cornell Mainland Chinese Student Association.

Personal

In his free time, Nicholas enjoys tennis, pickleball, cooking, travelling, and running.
