This past summer, Jonathan worked in Real Estate Private Equity at Starwood Capital Group, where he will return full-time on the Acquisitions team. In prior summers, he worked on China Merchants Bank’s Private Banking Americas team and in real estate development at a regional boutique.

Cornell

Outside of AKPsi, is a member of the Cornell Real Estate Club, Cornell M&A, and GameChangers. He is also a teaching assistant for HADM 4205: Real Estate Financial Modeling and HADM 2011: Hospitality Quantitative Analysis and serves as a Peer Advisor at the SC Johnson Career Center.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys weightlifting, playing basketball, researching equities, and following sports (NBA, NFL, MMA).
